Has anyone ever used a car transfer called dot2taxi.co.uk? Can't find any reviews.

Has anyone ever used  a car transfer service called  dot2taxi.co.uk?  I got some reasonable rates from them regarding our transfer from Heathrow to Windsor, Windsor to Southampton, and from Southampton to Heathrow. But I can't find any reviews for them anywhere on the internet. Also on our email exchange they were always very brief and never went into details of their service. I got most of the information on their website. So just wonder how reliable they are. Any other car transfer company info are welcome. Thank you in advance.

Dot 2 Dot (not Dot2) is a fairly common name for taxi operators.

Did you get the name right?

And do you have a location?

Maidenhead by any chance?

1st Floor, ART House,  St Peters Road,  Maidenhead, SL6 7QU. Has anyone heard of them before?

My advice would be that, if you have the slightest doubt about their reliability, then choose another company. It really isnt worth the worry. From what you say about the lack of internet reviews, the sparse info and seemingly indifferent customer service, I wouldnt touch them with the proverbial bargepole. Search this sub-forum and you'll find many threads which recommend transfer services.
