All Spirit Class ships including the Legend slides are closed. The Spirit was the first of this class or type of ship to be built, Legend, Pride, Miracle. Also other Cruiselines use this type of set up like NCL's Jewel and others

I just got off the Legend. The slide was open every day except the last sea day because of high winds.

This is so confusing! Why would the Legend be open and the Spirit closed?? I'm glad it was, don't get me wrong. . . but they told me the entire "class" of ship's slide were closed.

They are not "ALL" closed. It is sporadic, and appears there is no rhyme or reason. Haven't heard of any recent closings.

 

Suggest that this is one thread that is more rumor than fact.
