I seem to have been designated an email contact. All the marketing emails I get has his contact information on it.
Unfortunately he frequently does not respond to my emails asking for further information.

Is this a common problem? I have noticed the same pattern with Oceania.

in contrast my designated contact at Silversea always respond promptly. It make me much more likely to choose Silversea over Regent.

Hello Phil - if you will send me an email with your contact information I'll be happy to look into this issue for you, as it is possible you inbound emails are stuck in your contact's spam filter. I may be reached at mmoore@rssc.com.
