Once you log into your cruise, where do you find the information about payments and OBC?

Are you logging in "WITH BOOKING NUMBER" or "WITH YOUR MSC ACCOUNT"?

Do you see a "Cruise Details" tab?

 

If you click on that, you should see your OBC under "Included With Your Booking" and under the "Payment and Price Details" tab, you should see your total, what you've paid, and how much you owe with an option to complete payment. 

 

Some forum members were missing the payment tab but I believe that MSC is updating the site. For one of my cruises, I couldn't see payment details but after the update, I can now see the details and the option to pay online.
