Dinner wine packages?

On our last RCL cruise we were able to purchase a wine package. On the first day of the cruise we signed up for a package that provided us with a bottle of wine every evening for dinner. We were able to select this bottle from a list of wines that were included in the package. You could choose the same wine every evening or a different wine every night. The package basically gave you a 10-15% discount over purchasing a bottle every night.

 

We are cruising on the Galaxy April 13th. Does Celebrity have this type of wine package available on its cruise ships?
