Can you "buy" OBC

I know I could just ring to ask but, you've all warned me not to if it can be avoided.

 

Is it possible to buy OBC for an upcoming booking? Short story my old dad wants to "buy" something for my upcoming cruise but I've already added the onboard stuff I want.

 

I know he could just transfer cash to me but not the same.

Not that I have ever seen. I know on other cruise lines you can but never seen or heard where you could on MSC.
