Question about multiple cruise on the Medallion

Hello, it took 3 months to get my 2/10/24 Mexican cruise to upload, now it’s all entered and I’m in the green lane.

 

I have an Alaskan cruise I’m trying to upload and it refuses to acknowledge my cruise. Can you only book one cruise at a time?

I have seen both of my cruises on my app, so it should be possible.

You should be able to load multiple cruises. I know I had two on there at one time and may have had three.

Clarification:  You don't actually do anything to "load" a cruise into the app.  If you are logging in properly to your account (I use the same login credentials as on the website) all your cruise should show up.  (OK...if you have more than 5 or 6 cruises booked I have heard there is a max number that show.  Sadly, I don't have that "problem"!)

 

To switch between each cruise you tap on your profile picture and then select the appropriate cruise.

If by chance you *still* cannot see all of your cruises you need to call or email the Medallion Support people who will sort it out for you.  (You might log into the website and confirm you can see your cruises there.  If you can't see them there you will never see them on the app.)
