Ok, so call it a bribe— don’t get “ sucked in “— save a few dollars-
From where I come from it certainly isn’t a bribe - it’s a nice and appreciated way of saying “ Thank You “.

Just to make sure I am not missing out on something…

may I please ask the pros here…is there a way to book ahead and get your E plus discount ? I am under the impression you have to book on board to get your discounted rate.

is this info correct?

thank you

( Your body language will/should indicate a few $ ).

What exactly is this?

It's not a bribe as I've been accused of--- It's the way business is done where I'm from ).

Where are you from?

Because you noted that it's how business is done where you're from. I was looking for a frame of reference for your perspective.

Also, you noted body language is important. I mean, if you were British, I'd be concerned that my body language should match those from the Ministry of Silly Walks.

Alas, you have allayed my fears, though no less a concern still for the required body language. This I must study.

We have four speciality restaurants to book when we board the beyond in two weeks  and I was under the impression we head to concierge desk to book the restaurants but should we go to each speciality restaurant as soon as we board and will someone be there?  I just want to make sure we don’t waste time and we do it the right way!
Thanks

I’m just puzzled why, if this is your first Celebrity cruise, Without yet eating in the MDR you need to eat so many nights in specialty restaurants.  EM

I wouldn't want to eat in the MDR on any non-Edge ship. Hard pass!

LOL--- No University requirements necessary-- just a little smile and a " Thanks for your help ".

" Sometimes " I got the feeling that a few $$ at the time would " seal the deal " and it worked.

No bribe, just a little "incentive" to find us a table.
