RCCL do a lovely half day tour to tuscania with olive oil tasting at a farmhouse. Is this type of tour available privately or are there vendors that offer this type of tour as you come off the cruise ship in Civitavecchia? Thanks in advance.

There aren't vendors waiting to sell you tours at the ports in Italy, just taxi drivers.

 

Depending on what you're willing to spend you could arrange a  trip like that with one of the taxis.
