If you have a small sledge hammer and want them permanently open...

 

...so for most people the answer is "NO"

 

And for good reason. :rolleyes: Ask the poor schmoes who propped their balcony doors open on NCL Dawn what their cabins looked like after the ship was hit by the rogue wave.

Congratulations on your 10th Anniversary and on your upcoming cruise!!:)

The only cabins with balconies on the Celebration are the 10 suites.

The Ocean View rooms have windows but they are sealed tight and there is no way to open them. (except as mentioned previously by mrdood LOL!!)

 

I hope your first cruise is everything you hope it will be!:)
