Cunard Norwegian Cruise - Cigarettes and Cigars

I'm cruising the fjords of Norway on Cunard's Queen Victoria in July and wondered if cigarettes are available on board? I know cigars can be purchased in the smoking room. 

 

A secondary question if they are available is are they reasonably priced compared to UK prices?
