Upgrades on cruise N314

Just wondered if anyone else on here has submitted an upgrade bid on cruise N314 (Canary Islands)? I still haven't heard back yet and the cruise is only 4 days away. Wondering whether this is a good sign or a bad sign? I know it says they reserve the right to let you know as close as 1 day before, but does anyone know if this is common in practice? Also interested to hear of anyone's upgrade experiences with P&O for different cruise numbers. Thanks.

I can't comment on N314 but there are people going on Iona this weekend who haven't heard about their upgrades either. None of our party got the upgrade email even though we booked select fair on day 1.

I am not that hopeful as I suspect they were offering upgrades that weren’t even available ☹️
