When do you print Set Sail pass?

Is this something that you only print the day-or-so before you board, or can/should you do it weeks in advance? Just wondering.

We sail in April and I printed mine a few days ago. I keep everything that I need for the boarding in one file. But, if you make changes you can print a second one if you need to.

I print ours when I haul out the suitcases and cruise stuff and it is usually the first thing I put in my carry-on, right beside my passport.

Aside from Set Sail Pass and Passports, are there any docs needed to board. I keep hearing about E-docs. Are these the Set Sail Pass or something else that I will recieve

You should be able to set it at any time. But you would be able to print it out until final payment is made.

I printed ours out when I registered online with all the information that they needed -I just continued the process and then printed 2 coupies out and put them away with the rest of our cruising papers.

All you'll need is your Set Sail Pass and your passport. Have a great cruise!

We leave on May 14th. Printed the passes yesterday. They are sitting in an evelope with our passports ready to go. Never to early.:D

If you have your Set'N'Sail pass and passport, do you still need the little booklet they send you with you luggage tags? Or can you just pull the tags out?

If you have booked a precruise hotel with tranfers from RCI you will need those vouchers that are in that booklet.

I printed out our Set Sail Pass the day I filled it out. I kept everything in one file...excursion confirmations, flight itineraries, car rental confirmation and the little book. I took it all with me when we went and was glad to have everything at hand when I needed it. Having the Set Sail Pass really does speed up the boarding process. We found getting on and off the ship handled very well by RCL. Our last cruise was Disney and it was a zoo when we disembarked.

got me sitting with passports & cruise paperwork to fill out the pre cruise docs. When I was finished it asked if I wanted t print out the Sail Pass, so I did for both May & October sailings. Now both are in my cruise folder with passports, excursion list, member cruise perks list, and paid in full notice from my TA. 59 days til Jewel gets us for 2 week Europe/Baltic cruise.
