allymarie Posted March 14, 2006 #1 Share Posted March 14, 2006 Booked last minute only a few weeks away !! I just read about the "Norovirus" in Jan. -- I'm an RN, didn't hear about this earlier, should I be worried or just practice handwashing to the fullest extent? We have always had good luck with listening to others for things to do at our ports, ie. Cemetery Ridge in the Grand Caymans (a private beach to ourselves) and Chakkanaub in Mexico -- now this time we have 2 new ports to us, St. Maarten and St. Thomas . . . any inside scoops?? We enjoy being away from the flocks and flocks of people, and love beaches and snorkeling. Your secrets as to these ports as well as the Mariner will be greatly appreciated !! Thanks ! OPSoccermom Posted March 14, 2006 #2 Share Posted March 14, 2006 Recommend the "ports of call" boards. They will have plenty of info. Enjoy!
