You have the All Included rate which gives the classic drink package, Wi-Fi, and tips. This specific rate code means you also got 50% off the second passenger’s fare. 
 

The Cyber OBC is an additional Onboard Credit amount you received. It should show on the Celebrity invoice the amount. Or you can look in your online cruise planner and it should show how much onboard credit you have to spend.
