San Pedro from Westin in Long Beach

We are staying at the Westin the night before our cruise on Amex points. Since we aren't using the Princess package our TA said we couldn't take the transportation from the Westin to the port.

 

Should we make reservations for a car before we go or just make them when we get to Long Beach? There are 5 of us so we can't take a taxi.

Hi, I have stayed at the Westin and have used SuperShuttle. I just called and made a reservation prior and they were out front waiting for me at the prearraged time.

Why not contact the hotel yourself and ask if the hotel's shuttle can take you. Not more than 20 minutes one way.

We stayed at the LAX Westin last year when we sailed out of San Pedro. There were six of us. We contacted a limo company and the price was only a hundred dollars. It was certainly reasonable divided by six. By the way, when you are at the Westin you can hop on the free shuttle that stops right in front of the hotel and go down to Manhattan Beach. Very nice area with a small mall to pick up last minute things you might need for your cruise.
