Yes two sinks yields two bars. The have a little stand for each. But then you have the shower. Your cabin steward will leave you whatever you want, as in an extra bar. Just ask. They are small squares rather than a large bar per US standards.

Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel all small bottles. Plus a bath gel. And a body lotion. I hated the body lotion so bought Elemis at the spa. If products matter to you, I suggest bring your own!! The spa has other scented

It’s not just Splendor concierge and above that have dual sinks. Not sure about the lowest level suites, but the suite layout of the F1 and F2 Superior Suites are identical to the concierge suites. The concierge suites have a little better location, a slightly larger balcony, and a coffee machine. Otherwise they are pretty much the same.
