I will be sailing on the Joy in sept , 5 day Bermuda from NYC.

Does anyone have copy of the daily so I can see what the times and activities are? Also what night is white night or other theme nights.

This sailing is a bit longer than your five day sailing, however the author is doing a great job discussing general information on Joy, plus some info on what to do in Bermuda. She's also uploading copies of the Freestyle Daily. I am completely sure your days will look different than hers, but this may give you a good idea. Even better, she's still on the ship so may be able to answer specific questions you have.
