Ocean Cay Island non-alcoholic package - Is this still available?

I do not want to purchase a drinks package for the entire cruise, I'm not going to drink $200 in soda, but I'd absolutely purchase a drinks package for Ocean Cay. I came across the attached brochure via Google. It's not dated but looks like it's an older release when comparing the prices to current online listings. The brochure lists "Ocean Cay Island non-alcoholic package". Does anyone know if this is still available or has it been discontinued? If you've booked it, how did you book it?
