Port Canaveral (T5) parking payment changes?

I remember reading something about the payment options recently changed at Port Canaveral parking garages that make the flow of cars out (after the cruise) much easier. What are the current payment options? Do we grab a ticket on the way in, and then pay at a kiosk before retrieving our car? Or do we pay at a booth on the way in? Or is there a payment gate on the way in?

 It is now like Terminal 1 where you pay upon entering….
