Questions About Celebrity Excursions in Alexandria

I'm trying to understand about several of the excursions in Alexandria.  Four different excursions list the Pyramids as being visited, along with other sites. 

 

Excursions offered:

A) Pyramids, Mummies and the River Nile

B) Pyramids of Giza and the Grand Egyptian Museum

C) The Pyramids and the River Nile

D) Simply The Pyramids

1)  Does anybody know if the "Pyramid" visits on each one of these excursions is basically the same, or is one or more considered "more detailed"?

2)  One of them (Simply The Pyramids) appears to NOT be only the Pyramids...the Sphinx, Pyramid Chephren and Papyrus Institute are also listed.  (Strange naming if each spot is actual on the tour.)  Does anybody know if this is simply a mistake in the description or are those extra locations actually visited?
