Rare Broons77 Posted August 2, 2023 #1 Share Posted August 2, 2023 Pretty sure the answer here is a big fat no but hoping against hope. DW and I are booked for a Canada cruise the end of October. DW is disabled so I also have a second cabin that I booked as a solo for her PCA. Final Payment was 2 days ago and as Murphy's Law dictates, the PCA found out yesterday that she would be unable to go with us due to a family issue. Any recourse aside from cancelling now and grabbing the 75% back per the cancellation schedule? Will they allow a change to the primary pax? Just wondering if anyone has had experience with a change like this. I'm not optimistic but want to ask the question anyway. Thanks for any guidance! One original name must stay on the booking, since you booked her solo you may have no other choice but to cancel however you should be able to add a second guest for just the taxes and then have your wife be a no show 1

Ideally, I'd like to bring along DW's cousin along with us so I may add her. It would be the PCA that would then be a no show. This is why I come here first and save myself the frustration of dealing with the phone reps!
