Flights by Celebrity: any recent experiences?

Flying seems to be so stressful these days!
 

Can you share your recent experiences booking through Celebrity? 
 

Specifically, in the FAQ, it states:

 

“If the flight gets cancelled or delayed and Celebrity Cruises is unable to get the guest to the ship, we will offer a Future Cruise Credit and refund the cost of the flight.”

 

I would like to know if you or anyone have had any issues having them honor this policy.
