Carnival Luminosa

Is anyone having issues with booking a flight through Fly2Fun to Australia, Brisbane from USA for Carnival Luminosa for April 1, 2024?   Our cruise is already paid for.  But I keep getting the run around it seems.  It won't let me book Fly2Fun on Carnival website it comes up with: 

• We are unable to process your request. Please try again later or call us at the number listed on the page for assistance.  Need Help? Call us at 1-800-321-6666

I finely call the first time after several days of trying.  The first person I talked to told me the system is down to try again in a few days.   I waited a little longer, but still same issues.   Called again 2nd person said a issue with the dateline when they booked on their end and that they are trying to fix the issues.  Waited a month still same issues this time they told me that they're not booking any flights for Carnival Luminosa that I need to do on my own.  It seem for some reason their not given me a straight answer.
