Hello, Newman Posted October 11, 2023 #26 Share Posted October 11, 2023 One thing to keep in mind when doing a transatlantic cruise to Europe, many nights when you go to bed you will be crossing a time zone so you will be losing an hour of sleep numerous times during the cruise. When we did this cruise this last spring it was also coupled with the loss of daylight savings time. All those hours add up. Relaxing days at sea made it much easier to adjust.
