How to change name on Past Guest Number?

My friend, who's sailing with us, was married on her last Carnival cruise and has since gotten divorced. How does she let Carnival know, so she can get credit for being a Past Guest (the last names aren't matching)? I tried setting up a new account for her online, and although it accepted her current booking number, it won't accept her Past Guest number. Any thoughts? Thanks!

When I took my last cruise I realized the name didn't match anymore because I had gotten married. I just called Carnival and they did it right over the phone, took less than 5 minutes. They asked me a couple of questions about past cruises, addresses, birthday, etc (stuff they must have on their screen) to verify but it was no big deal.
