Can’t reach anyone for accessibility

The website says they have an accessibility  team/department but so far no luck with getting anyone on the phone. Has anyone had experience through the lens of ADA? Walking disability and limited vision but can function independently without aids. I get that I shouldn’t be expecting too much given the $250 quote for 3 days but still…

Any help is appreciated.

There is a contact form you can try, not sure how helpful it will be though.
