Do you have any information regarding the situation at the port on Sunday, March 19 and the Carnival Destiny? One person has reported that there was "rioting" and that the police had to be called.

 

Any info in the newspapers there?

The destiny did not arrive in port untill 3.30 PM due to one of its motors was not working. Alot of people that had early flights had to be put up in hotels and the ones that were trying to get on were not very happy campers. There was no rioting at the pier. Tempers were flairing(with good reason from the pass)but nothing came of it. carraizo99
