Fla. Aquarium in Tampa

Visiting the Florida Aquarium in Tampa? I heard from a representative of the aquarium and they are open from 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. seven days a week, and yes they do store luggage while the guests visit the aquarium.

They store luggage?
When I was there, they made us get lockers which they rent and they were not really that big.Larger than most,but still small.
With the pier right next door, why would you want to bring your luggage to the aquarium?All we brought was our carry ons.

Do you think they will hold my luggage while I go across the street to the Ybor shopping area? Or only while I am within the acquarium?

Why not give your luggage to the cruise line? If you have never been there, the aquarium is right next door.They are almost touching each other.

The Ybor shopping area is about 10-15minutes by car (or trolly)from the port. The is the Channelside shopping area which is right next to the cruise terminal and the aquarium. Enjoy!!

Steveaaaaa, perhaps some people want to visit the aquarium AFTER their cruise. Like, if they have time until a late flight out of Tampa.

My contact at the aquarium sent me an email stating that "they do hold the luggage while you tour the aquarium." This hold true regardless of whether it is before or after the cruise.
