Haven't used Verizon, but now QM2 has been upgraded with WiFi in the cabins & Starlink, I would opt for the onboard internet package - I'd suspect you're likely to get better coverage and speeds, especially if crossing the atlantic.

Living in Europe I'm aware of Verizon but don't follow what they offer.

Their website shows a: "50MB $20 International Monthly Plan for select cruises and flights"

If that is what you are proposing to take, their website does list Cunard as a cruise line with coverage. However I would suggest you might be best to ask Verizon to confirm that where you will be on QM2 is covered.

You might also want to think about usage. 50MB in a month is not much. On a recent 52 hour visit to London I used 286MB of data, although I was connected to WiFi in some places where the mobile signal was poor. But I have 35GB/month to use in most of the world outside the EU.

50MB will not last very long.
