There are three ships (2 Carnival, 1 RC) i the Gulf Of Mexico headed to New Orleans Expecting 14 to 20 foot seas. Happt to be at home.

Well, I think Jubilee is supposed to pull into Nassau Sunday afternoon, so maybe you will get to see it.

I don't envy anyone on a cruise right now who has to go through the gulf or anyone who departed on one out of Florida today it's gonna be a rough night.

I'm following along.  The weather here in Florida has been terrible, but things are looking better this morning, but there is a cold front on the way.  Enjoy your cruise.

Update - now it's going to be 8-4 in Nassau today. I can see a patch of blue sky heading our way, not sure if that will be short lived or not. 🙂

We will be getting on the Freedom tomorrow in Pt. Canaveral (I hope).  Saw where several ships had to skip Bahamas yesterday but so far haven't heard anything about ships returning to Pt. Canaveral arriving late tomorrow.  I live in central Florida between Tampa and Orlando and looking out my window, I'm actually seeing a tiny bit of sunshine.

 

Forecast for Amber Cove on Wednesday looks crappy 50-70% chance of rain throughout the day but didn't plan on getting off ship anyway since I've been there numerous times.  Hopefully seas won't be as high as they have been the last few days - I'm in a balcony on Lido, not the best place to be in high seas.

Yep - here she was as we were leaving port this afternoon. The sun came out (for the most part) during the last hour or so we were in port. Too little, too late 🙂
