Tampa/precruise

Can anyone tell me of a hotel near the Port, which has shuttle service to the ship and also has a rental car location. We will be renting a car in Orlando, then driving down to Tampa where we will leave the car, hopefully at the hotel location and then shuttle to the Zenith. Am not restricted to the cheapest or the most expensive hotel......thanks
