Need to Cancel a Shore Excursion with RCCL

I booked an RCCL shore excursion online for my 3/31 cruise. It is the canopy tour/cave tubing in Belize and requires 45 minutes of walking. It has been billed to my credit card.

 

Today I just found out that foot pain I've had the last few weeks is a broken bone and am in a cast for 12 weeks! Will I be able to cancel this excursion ?

 

Does anyone know of a Belize cave tubing adventure that doesn't require a lot of walking? ( I can take the boot off when I shower and sleep -- or float down a river in an innertube).

If you need to cancel, call RCCL now. You can cancel and no penalty charges. Do it.

if your still in time (more than 10 days out) you can simply go back online and uncheck the excursions and it is cancelled and will be credited to your credit card I had to do this myself had no problems.

You can usually cancel up to 24 hours in advance. Remember - most people don't even book till they get onboard. You should be fine.
