Moonglo Posted January 17 #1 Share Posted January 17 Hi. I'm a U.S. citizen traveling on an NCL cruise and visiting Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. My question is.....are cruise passengers required to get a Visa? From what I'm seeing online if your stay is less than 30 days....its not required but I am looking to hear about recent experiences travelling there on cruise to read what others have experienced. Thanks in advance.

Rare Birdnutty Posted January 18 #3 Share Posted January 18 No, it’s not required. We were there last year, and it was handled just like any other cruise port.
