I just used them for the cruise we are taking next Saturday. I got my docs on the 24th of May, they return every email I sendt to them very promptly and they were the best price we could find. So far, no problems. I would highly recommend them!

I'm booked with them. They have a change fee policy and cancellation fee policy of $75 pp. After I booked my balcony room I upgraded to a deluxe balcony room and there was no problem. When I wanted to change my room back to my original room because I noticed a price reduction in that category, they wanted to charge me a $300 fee. Now I see on another site I can get two rooms across from each other (balcony and inside) for the same price as my deluxe balcony. But again it would cost me $300 to cancel and change. I guess I'm staying put.
