amityrb Posted February 14 Author #26 Share Posted February 14 In my original post I failed to mention that I called the airline in Oct. when we learned the airline we'd be flying on. I told the rep about the POC and it wouldn't be used on the plane.. She Consulted with someone and then told me it was OK and I should call 48 hrs. before the flight to verify with them. That is when they insisted on forms and a Dr.'s statement.. That was provided via email and at the airport check in. p.s. Thank you for all the comments and advice.
