Cabin Upgrades

Does NCL provide cabin upgrades and how does it work? Is it through a bidding process?

They do use a company who handles the bidding process.  You will receive an email 90-120 days before your sail date inviting you to bid.  You can also go into your app, select room upgrade and add the relevant info.  You will see the upgrade options available for you and the bid range.  You will be notified if your bid was accepted typically the week of sailing up to day of sail. You will hear nothing if your bid is not accepted…but you can look at you bid and see if it is still pending.
