luvthis Posted March 22, 2006 #1 Share Posted March 22, 2006 In early 2001, my husband & I were on the "new" Infinity around Hawaii & back to Ensenada, Mexico. I was fortunate to have corresponded with him via e-mail prior to embarking on the cruise and was able to meet "Cruise Worker" once on board. This was a very special cruise and "Cruise Worker" helped us to build some wonderful memories. Hey, "Cruise Worker", do you still monitor the message boards? If you're out there, please respond to this thread. I'm wondering what Celebrity ship you are serving on right now. We will be embarking on the Mercury, May 8, for an 11 night Alaskan cruise and would love to touch base with you, even if you are not on our ship. Otherwise, if anyone knows how to reach "Cruise Worker", please respond to this thread and thanks, in advance, for any help you can provide. Best, -Jean & Bob from Racine, WI
chessbriar Posted March 22, 2006 #2 Share Posted March 22, 2006 Cruise Worker hasn't posted since Sept 8 2001. They may be lurking, but not posting.
luvthis Posted March 23, 2006 Author #3 Share Posted March 23, 2006 Thanks chessbriar. I know that a lot of the workers move from Cruiseline to Cruiseline so he may no longer be with Celebrity. Drat! He even gave me kiss on my cheek when I departed the Infinity at the end of the cruise. Very nice man with a generous heart! --Jean
usha Posted March 23, 2006 #4 Share Posted March 23, 2006 When DH & I were on Constellation, we asked some of the officers about him. They said that Danny was no longer with Celebrity and "gone on to better things". What a sweet guy; I wish him all the best.
luvthis Posted March 27, 2006 Author #5 Share Posted March 27, 2006 He was a sweet guy. I am happy for him. I think he put a smile on everyone's face that had the opportunity to realize who he really was, verses his board identity. Thanks for the info! --Jean
