2007 Itineraries

During my chat with the Restaurant Manager (I know he is not

the Captain;) ), he made the comments that she might be doing

a 10/4 run out of Tampa:eek: .....and it made no sense to either of us.

I actually said..."10 days and THEN 4 days"?........he shook his head.

I guess we will all just have to wait and see what is really going

to happen.

But the "No more Celebrity in Bermuda after this year" seems pretty

sound.

Hi Lois !

Just to add my .02 cents... I wish Celebrity was more creative, and did MORE things like a 10/4 itinerary, or a 7/4/10 itinerary. I feel that it is a very good idea, ESPECIALLY when there is only 1 X ship at the port (like Tampa). This way, Celebrity can get the customer who wants to do longer sailings AND the customer who wants to do short sailngs. Why only stick to one type of itinerary ? The lack of more itineraries is one of the reasons why the loyal passengers are getting bored, and the new passengers who want to try Celebrity, are getting shut out.

Many other Cruise Lines are waking up to this concept, and Celebrity REALLY needs to take a strong look at it, especially as they dont have enough ships to do what they want to do.

I have been hoping for some creativity (such as what I mentioned above) for the past 2 seasons. I am curious to see if Celebrity does any of this when the new Caribbean schedules come out.
