just doing our online check-in & read this re the onboard safety briefing:

Connect to the ship’s free Wi-Fi (no internet package required, in-app charges), tap Safety on the app’s home screen to launch the safety briefing, then stop by your assembly station before the ship sails. No app? Go to your assembly station and a crew member will assist you.

 

what does "(no internet package required, in-app charges)," mean? 

is there a charge for using the app??? or what?

You are able to connect to the WiFi and use the app without the need to purchase the internet package. Anything outside of the app will require you to purchase internet.

You can also watch the video by going to your muster station where a crew member will show it to you or watch it on your cabin TV.

The Celebrity app is free to use on board.
