Dinner reservations two groups

My friend and I booked two separate booking in Sapphire princess for Alaska  cruise.  We both installed princess app in our phones. How do we request dinner table for us to sit together? We're 4 people in the group.

You need to link the 2 reservations on the app.  The reality for us on board was with anytime dining we organized things the first night.  Never a long wait and sat with our friends.  Usually same dining room.  Let them know if we had other plans the night before.

Generally we found no reservations needed in MDRs.
