"welcome reception" on board?

we're booked on Reflection in April. when I was checking in I seem to recall seeing that we're invited to a welcome aboard reception or something(can't find the details now). they said the invitation will be in our room. ( that, and a "free" scoop of gelato!  lolol)

Not expecting much...we're at the Classic tier on the totem pole, lol.....but can anyone give me an idea what they might offer at one of these reception things?🤓

The welcome back reception is just the usual meet and greet with captain and staff. Speeches, some form of entertainment and a glass of bubbly.
