valentine287 Posted March 24, 2006 #1 Share Posted March 24, 2006 Does anyone know about western night on the Seranade? I think I would like to go. To people wear cowboy boots and the whole get up? If anyone can tell me what it is about, that would be much appreciated. :)
mstr824 Posted March 24, 2006 #2 Share Posted March 24, 2006 Good question. Does it also mean that jeans are allowed in the dining room on C/W night? Or are they only permitted if you're also wearing a cowboy hat?
MiniMom57 Posted March 25, 2006 #3 Share Posted March 25, 2006 You will see a FEW people wearing full western "gear", but not many. But on Caribbean night, you do see more "tropical" clothing in the dining room (that's the night the men tend to wear their flowery shirts). On our last cruise, we couldn't even find any country music on board on western night! I personally think they should do away with the theme nights. They are pretty meaningless. When my parents started cruising, the theme nights meant that people dressed the part (poodle skirts for 50's night, jeans and boots for western night, etc). But now it seems they are more about the food they serve and the decorations they put up than the costumes people wear.
