Corsica (Propriano), France

Recommended Posts

We took a very fascinating ship tour from Regatta - Complete Corsica. For us Corsica was the best surprise in Mediterranean. This tour made a big loop from Bonifacio through half of the island including small, but they claim it to be the most Corsican town Sartene. Than we drove through a few small mountain villages where we had short stops to Bavella Mountains and Ospedale. Panoramic Corsican views are breathtaking spectacular and you can learn a lot about very specific life on this island from such tour.

As the guide told us Corsica is the last oasis of the unspoiled wild life in Mediterranean.

To my surprise our bus was only half-full. Evidently people didn’t expect to see a lot on this island. It doesn’t look that any private guides exist on Corsica. At least I couldn’t find any information about them.
