How much time on the water during the ‘Sitka's Barrier Islands & Fin Island Lodge’ tour.

Hi. I could use some advice from people who have done this tour.
I am looking at ‘Sitka's Barrier Islands & Fin Island Lodge.’ (This is through HAL, but I imagine other cruise lines have the same thing). This is the tour in an orange rubber raft zodiac boat that goes around the islands near Sitka and then eventually to Fin Island Lodge for the seafood meal. I want to choose this tour if the boating part is relatively long and in depth. If it’s just a quick ride over to a island with the food, then I’m not very interested. Has anyone done this before? Do you know, how long and in depth, boating adventure part is?

Were you able to get any answers about this tour? I am also looking at it for our July 2025 sailing on Celebrity.

You could each consider crossposting on your respective cruiseline forums (HAL and Celebrity)   where pax who already  took this shorex will be more likely to see your question and reply.

I found one. It was done by the "Port Monkeys". They did a similar tour as their zodiac boat tour did not have enough participants. We booked it as Allen Marine does both tours and is highly rated. Thanks!
