ELATION - Which Room 232 or 53

My choice would be 232 because it would be quieter. R53 is right across from the stairs and elevators. That can be very noisy when you are trying to catch some zzz's. icon_frown.gif

when are you sailing?

Good luck! icon_smile.gif

We were on the Upper Deck (U60 & 62) right by the stairs and elevators. I had feared that it would be noisy but was assured on this board that it would not be. Sure enough it was a great location and I would certainly choose those cabins again. We had NO noise from the elevators and it was extremely handy for all the times you nipped back to the cabin. It was near the front of the boat and I have nothing to compare it with but the sailing was very smooth - no noticable movement but we did have perfect sailing conditons.

I was in R148 on 05/09, and it was great. No rocking and rolling! We felt the motion while in the Mikado Lounge and in the Inspiration dining room, which are at the very forward and at the very AFT respectively. I would definitely go with 232.
