Cape Liberty parking garage closed for resurfacing?

Just read on the main Royal Carabbean forum that for cruisers leaving yesterday (May 10th) the garage was closed for resurfacing.  My party is leaving on Symphony 5/16 with a handicapped cruiser. This could be an issue for us especially debarking as poster said the handicapped parking they were directed to was a considerable distance from the terminal.

 

Anyone have any additional info or know of a phone number for parking I could call to see if resurfacing is finished?
