Cape Liberty parking garage currentclosed for resurfacing?

Just read that Cape liberty parking garage  was closed for resurfacing for cruisers leaving yesterday (May 10th  My party is leaving on Symphony 5/16 with a handicapped cruiser. This could be an issue for us especially debarking as poster said the handicapped parking they were directed to was a considerable distance from the terminal.

 

Anyone have any additional info or know of a phone number for parking I could call to see if resurfacing is finished?

I tried the number on the garage web site but that was unhelpful.
