Snorkeling Options in Cabo - your recommendations

I believe it's called Playa Santa Maria - a beautiful cove a little bit outside Cabo San Lucas. We were there (by RV, not boat) in 2001. Great snorkeling just off the beach. The tour catamarans also went there, but you could take a taxi and do it yourself... I'm not sure how much it would be... You can also go at Land's end (the big rock formation) but make sure you are on the correct side (where everybody else is) as the other side has riptides. Not bad, but Santa Maria was nicer.

I agree with the previous poster; Playa Santa Maria is your best bet and can easily be reached by taxi. If you want a local snorkeling cruise, try La Princessa Charters; their catamaran is docked at the marina.
