TacoInCincy Posted March 26, 2006 #1 Share Posted March 26, 2006 Anybody familiar with the Moby Dick Stingray tour? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Happy cruising!
mj cruiser Posted April 4, 2006 #2 Share Posted April 4, 2006 Went in Feb of this year with them! loved it. They were very funny and informative. We only had about 30 people compared to the over 100 on the cruiseship tours and it was less expensive. Somewhere I wrote a review if you push on my username I think it will show all of the different reviews.
aggieastrosfan Posted April 9, 2006 #3 Share Posted April 9, 2006 I've used them twice and loved it both times! They're extremely helpful, and fun to hang out with. Two thumbs up here! We're planning on using them in October as well.
Jeal Posted April 9, 2006 #4 Share Posted April 9, 2006 We used them in March and I would definitely not recommend them. Our trip to swim with the Sting Rays was terrible - it was an old boat with a captain who did not know what he was doing. We think that perhaps they contract out depending on how many people book their tour. The bus that took us to the boat was an old school bus that had broken windows. The driver that took us back was in such a hurry that he drove on the wrong side of the street to get in front of the traffic. The boat we were on looked nothing like the one on their web site. This was the first time that we did not like an excursion and we have been going to the Caymans for 6 or 7 years. There were serious safety concerns on the bus and the boat.
